この度、SS2026展開の下記2品番に使用しておりますロゴ入りリングパーツにつきまして、
使用中に破損する事例が複数件確認されました。

製造元と協議のうえ、リングパーツを改良し、交換用パーツを再生産のうえ無償交換対応を実施いたします。

■ 対応内容
従来のリングパーツは回収のうえ、改良パーツへ交換させていただきます。
リングパーツは取り外し可能な仕様のため、本体の回収は行いません。

■ 交換パーツ発送予定
3月下旬頃より順次発送予定
（※発送時期が確定次第、本ページにてあらためてご案内いたします）

■ お客様へのお願い
交換パーツがお手元に届くまでの間は、安全のためご使用をお控えいただきますようお願いいたします。
交換をご希望のお客様は、お手数ですが弊社もしくは、ご購入店舗までご連絡ください。

■ 返品・返金について
返品・返金をご希望のお客様は、ご購入店舗にてお手続きをお願いいたします。

We found a defects in the logo rings of items released on Feb 13, 2026:

SS2026 END CUSTOM JEWELLERS × HYKE
19376 / KEY HOLDER
19370 / EYE GLASS HOLDER

We will exchange original rings for improved parts starting late March.
Since the rings are detachable, we will only collect and replace the ring parts; the main body of the key holder does not need to be returned. We recommend refraining from use until then.
For returns, refunds, or details, please contact your store of purchase or visit our website.
